Changes in this release include:
* Support for modular X.Org (build with 'make MODULAR_X=1' and install with 'make MODULAR_X=1 install').
* Code was reformatted and cleaned up.
* Copyright date updated and FSF address was changed.
* Fixed invalid free() in src/wmgeneral.c
* Restored use of -W in place of -Wextra for older compilers.

NOTE: No new features were added and no changes to the dockapp's behavior were made.
