wmblob shows some blobs moving around. It does nothing useful, it's just a toy. |

Superb
I just love the blobbing, liquid thing.
This Dockapp is much cooler than wmmatrix or any other "amusing misuse of ressources" like programm.
What kind of engine is used to create this oil-in-water like behaviour?
Just download it - everyone!! :-D
wowow

Version 0.1.0
Version 0.1.0 has been out for two weeks now. I'd like to thank everyone who installed wmblob! :)
(If anyone gets problems while installing/compiling, contact me)
& enlightenment ?
really... , u did a great job, i like it too, but i hope that it'll work on other wm.it's need options such as --broken-wm & --windowed
lemme guess... feathered circle texture, 8 or so of 'em, semi-random travel patterns, additive blending. looks sweet!
New version is out! Cool new stuff!
Version 1.0.0 has just been released. It features a settings dialog, where you can change almost everything! And you can save and load presets. You'll need GTK+ v2 for it to compile.
For the next version I'll see what --broken-wm is for (anyone?) and add a windowed mode.
Enjoy.
Version 1.0.1
Well, that was fast: The second release today. New options: --broken-wm, --windowed, --display. Tell me, if it works now.
Enjoy.
Looks cool
Doesnt work in kde for me :(
Got it to work
I figured out how to get dockapps to work in kde, looks great adds a coolness to my desktop
GREAT APP
Cheers Rodney
Version 1.0.3
New version is out! This is just a small fix. It should now compile and run fine on FreeBSD.
Have fun!

Wattahell!!
It's such a cuuttieee dock!!! I realllyy like it..
it's amazing! :)
Idea
You should add a feature so it will rotate through the different presets. I guess I can add it, but you should release it.
grrrr
As said by yourself, this is the kind of apps shouldnt be installed on low spec system like mine, they just waste resources... but this one is so gorgeous ^_^ ! I had to get it!
Thank you.

On gentoo just do a

Like paper in the fire
I like this little app. I have it set with: blob count 50; overlay 64; color Center and background are Black (0,0,0); color glow red (254,71,0); Blob size 5; falloff 32; presence 255; Border style all are 0.
This reminds me of paper in the fireplace after it has burned to all black and the red lines of burning dance around it one more time. -=peace=-
