| Description: |
WMAppl is a simple application launcher for the Window Maker dock. It is loosely based off of WMButton by Edward Flora. WMAppl is configured with a list of programs and icons which are displayed within the dockapp. If more than six icons are configured, the scroll buttons may be used to cycle through the list. |

rcparser.c:351 char->int
Hi,
this is a very nice applet. I would just like to signal a small error. in rcparser.c, line 351 (version 0.61), your variable c is a char but fgetc returns an int and over all EOF is -1, 0xFFFFFFFF, so you cannot compare c and EOF if c is not an int... and in this case getline never returns...
re: rcparser.c:351 char->int
That's a big oops on my part. Someone pointed this out to me before releasing 0.70 and I must have forgot to fix it! Thanks. I've filed a bug in the sourceforge project so I don't forget this time.
Seg fault 8^(
Looks like a cool app. Unfortunately I'm getting a Sementation Fault when I try to run it. gcc 3.2.2. glibc 2.3.2
re: Seg fault
Your segfault issue may have had to do with the rcparser bug mentioned above in these comments. Give 0.71 a try, and if you still have problems, I'd be happy to help.
0.71 image above
Forgot that dockapps.org requires 64x64 when I attached the image for version 0.71. That odd squashed looking image at the end should show the dockapp with a tooltip floating above it. I'll see what I can do about getting it corrected. ;-)
Anyway, wmappl.sourceforge.net has an unscaled version of the image if anyone is interested.
Can't launch apps when i clicked at buttons
