| Description: |
wmpinboard is a Window Maker dock applet resembling a miniature pinboard. It's intended to somewhat relieve heavily littered desktops by allowing you to place reminders on a graphical on-screen pinboard rather than produce a mess of real notes all around your keyboard (thus being environmentally A Good Thing, too ;-) ). |

Add a new Version of this Dockapp
You may add a new (or even old) version of this dockapp by using
the link above. This way we can be sure that this application will
be available even if the project's homepage goes down (did that ever
happen to you? :)).

Excellent.
I tried and somewhat used this dockapp two years ago, but now I notice that it has become very impressive. Good job !

WMPinboard...
My favorite dockapp hands down (been using it under WMaker for just over a year; now using it under IceWM).
I recommend reading the man page to learn all the features available for wmpinboard... It's an app that's damn near perfection in my humble opinion.

Apparently this package is now unmaintained :-(
Anyway, here is a small patch that fixes the segfault problem:

Recent patches here
The guys @ Debian are still maintaining this it seems:
http://packages.qa.debian.org/w/wmpinboard.html
I'm putting together a patch to incorporate the updates for the FreeBSD port, as this stopped working for me a while ago, and these updates seem to fix the problem.
